BIll Davidge serves as studio analyst and host for Blue Jackets Live pre and post game shows, as well as during intermissions, alongside host Brian Giesenschlag. Dave Maetzold povides insight as the rink side reporter.

Jeff Rimer

Jeff Rimer, Play-By-Play

Jeff Rimer joined the Blue Jackets broadcast team as television play-by-play announcer on FOX Sports Ohio in the summer of 2004, bringing 30-plus years experience to the booth. Prior to joining the Blue Jackets, Rimer did play by play on television for the Florida Panthers and Washington Capitals. In addition to serving as the voice of the Panthers from 1993-2004, Rimer also co-hosted the nationally syndicated "Inside the NHL" radio program with current Blue Jackets President of Hockey Operations John Davidson. Jody ShelleyJody Shelley, Color Analyst

The 2014-15 season will be Jody Shelley's first as color analyst. Shelley rejoined the hockey club last year as a broadcast associate and team ambassador following a 12-year playing career that began in Columbus during the team's 2000-01 inaugural season. In addition to Shelley's duties on the broadcast, he represents the club as a team ambassador where he will spearhead the organization of the Blue Jackets alumni association.

Shelley was signed by the Blue Jackets as a free agent on Jan. 31, 2001 and made his NHL debut with the club against the Pittsburgh Penguins on Feb. 17, 2001. He went on to appear in 380 games with the club, registering 11 goals and 18 assists for 29 points with 1,025 penalty minutes. He led the Blue Jackets in penalty minutes four times (2001-06), is the club’s all-time leader in that category and owns the club mark for penalty minutes in a season with 249 PIM in 2002-03. He also ranks fifth on the club’s all-time games played list. He was also an active participant in the club’s community initiatives through the Columbus Blue Jackets Foundation and received the team’s Community Service Award for the 2006-07 season.

After leaving Columbus in January 2008, Shelley spent parts of three seasons with the San Jose Sharks. He then joined the New York Rangers during the 2009-10 season before spending the past three campaigns with the Philadelphia Flyers. He wrapped up his NHL career with 18-36-54 and 1,538 penalty minutes in 627 games. He also appeared in nine Stanley Cup Playoff games with San Jose and Philadelphia.

Prior to turning professional, he spent three seasons with the Halifax Mooseheads of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. He tallied 48-50-98 and 933 penalty minutes in 181 games from 1994-97 and had his number 25 retired by the Mooseheads. He began the 1997-98 season at Dalhousie University before making his pro debut with the Saint John Flames of the American Hockey League that same year. He then spent two years in the Calgary Flames organization before signing with the Blue Jackets.

Bill DavidgeBill Davidge, Studio Analyst & Host

Bill Davidge brings over 35 years of hockey experience as a player, scout and coach to broadcasts on FOX Sports Ohio. This season will be Davidge's first as studio analyst and host after serving as a radio and television commentator since the Blue Jackets inaugural season. Prior to joining the broadcast team, he spent the 1999-2000 season as a scout for the Blue Jackets and from 1995-1999 served as a part-time scout for the Florida Panthers. He also assisted with player evaluation as a part-time scout with the Detroit Red Wings from 1990-1994.
