February 9, 2011

Though this day is remembered as the “slugfest” between Montreal and Boston—including a goalie fight between veteran goalies Tim Thomas and Carey Price—Horton had one of the better games of his career. As both teams combined for 182 penalty minutes and overflowing penalty boxes, Horton tallied a goal and four assists. In addition to his offensive prowess, he also sat in the box for six minutes and had 14 minutes of total ice time, contributing on all fronts during the game.
