2. The Bob we know and love

After sitting out the final two periods last Friday in Pittsburgh, and then watching Curtis McElhinney make back-to-back starts against Pittsburgh and Ottawa, Sergei Bobrovsky had plenty of time to get his game back on track and back to the Vezina Trophy-winning form we saw last season. On Thursday night against the Rangers, Bobrovsky was the Blue Jackets' best player and made 30 saves, several of which were of the 10-bell variety. If this is the start of a good stretch of play, the Blue Jackets are in much better shape with their goaltender on top of his game.
