EDITOR'S NOTE: You've arrived at the CBJ Power Rankings, our weekly breakdown of the top-five players, statistics, trends and many other Blue Jackets-related categories. If you're looking for the traditional power rankings, you've come to the wrong place. We'll go in-depth and outside the box, and hopefully give you something to think about.

For this week's rankings, we're talking about everyone's best friend. That's right...the shootout! We often find ourselves in a love/hate relationship with the best-of-three breakaway competition, but it's one way to accumulate the extra point in the NHL and some teams are just better at it than others. Is it star power and skill, or is a top-flight goaltender the X-factor? This week, we''re breaking down the NHL's five best team save percentages in the shootout. Spoiler alert: the Blue Jackets make this list.

Let's take a closer look at the top five, shall we?

SAVE%: 86.0

The first game that Sergei Bobrovsky played post-groin injury was on Jan. 6 at Madison Square Garden, a game that required a shootout to decide. The Blue Jackets were coming off a bad loss in St. Louis but Bobrovsky - who has only been beaten once in the shootout this season - delivered a masterpiece: he stopped all three Rangers attempts to pick up a huge win for Columbus. The only player to solve Bobrovsky in the shootout? Matt Moulson, who did so as a member of the New York Islanders back on Oct. 5.
