EDITOR'S NOTE: You've arrived at the CBJ Power Rankings, our weekly breakdown of the top-five players, statistics, trends and many other Blue Jackets-related categories. If you're looking for the traditional power rankings, you've come to the wrong place. We'll go in-depth and outside the box, and hopefully give you something to think about.

This week, we're looking at the five guys who are consistently getting pucks to the net and creating chances - those are the Blue Jackets' shot leaders through the season's first 60 games. Some names in this week's rankings will not surprise you and others might be a bit unexpected, but they are the players responsible for jump-starting an offense that was sputtering earlier in the season.

Let's take a look at the Jackets' leaders in shots on goal...

2013-14 TOTALS: 163 SOG in 60 GP

One of those that falls under the "no surprise" umbrella for shots on goal is Cam Atkinson. He's a sniper, a natural goal-scorer that gets the puck on target whenever he's given the opportunity. He's a player you want with the puck on his stick from between the circles, because he rarely misses. His 18 goals this season are a career-high and second most on the team.
